WHAT'S NEW
What's Up...
March 22nd
Sean has been gone for almost two days. MJ is ready to explode. There is not enough Xanax on the planet to keep this woman off the ceiling. Heavy sedation seems to be helping, but I could certainly use some help, here....
Nina has decided she wants to compete at The West Coast Regional Qualifier. So in true Calabrese spirit, Sean and I will be right there with her. I'm committing to a fighting weight of 185 for this competition.... Should be fun. I have about 8 pounds to go.
I'll have some pictures from the Orient very soon. I will ALSO be updating the site with some current pix of Dave and I.... Minus a few pounds. Dave has lost 30 since January!!! You go, Dave! Plus, I'll be adding some pix of my new hobby... Dave and I are out bicycling every chance we get....
January 27th.
Sean has been invited to join the US team to Japan for this year's Good Will Games. Karen Florin has so generously offered to take Sean with her and, as a result, we have decided to send him as a birthday gift. Needless to say, he is extreemly excited and ready to leave tomorrow! We can't thank Karen enough for her thoughtfulness.... Fourteen days in The Orient.... Mom is already a basket case.

Ok. News... News.... News.... Lets see....
We have made a family decision. We are forgoing the Karate Season in exchange for a family vacation. We are heading to Me-he-co! As well as the Keys and the open seas for five days.... This should be interesting... A family trip with NO KARATE!
My fellow Islipians will see me for my 20th reunion. Can't wait to see you all again!
I've been seeing alot of Dave King these days. Our workouts have become pretty regular. (Primarily since neither one of us wants to go back to NY as FAT ASSES in August). It's been great spending time with an old friend... And it's like we never skiped a beat!
More to follow....
